Welcome, my name is Paul McPhee.  I am a Personal Trainer working with a wide range of clients with a wide range of goals and aims.

I work within Fitness First in East Kilbride and also at clients homes or outside.

Many people feel worried or intimidated about starting a new fitness programme, but I always ensure people are getting the results they desire while also having fun and enjoying the training.

My main aim in personal training is to help as many people as I can to reach their full potential.
